My Girlfriend’s Quilt Shoppe (MGQS) was built through a passion for helping, tutoring and bringing together quilters and crafters from across the globe. As this reach broadened, there was a strategic shift from Brick & Mortar Operations to a focus on expanding their e-commerce footprint.

Through these curated insights, we distilled the MGQS vibe into a laser-focused strategy designed to resonate with their loyal tribe and attract new members to the fold.
Brand Identity Refinement: We worked closely with MGQS to refine and amplify the brand’s core message, ensuring it captured the warmth, creativity, and community spirit that made the physical stores a success. This refreshed identity was woven into every aspect of the e-commerce platform, from the website design to product descriptions and online tutorials.
Community-Centric E-Commerce: Recognizing the importance of community, we designed the e-commerce platform to be more than just a shopping site.
